Party's over

So all's well that ends well! I want to thank everyone for helping out, i could not have done it without you. The night was great, Tana and i believe everyone had a great time. Diner came came out great and there were alot of compliments. Tara and Mandy did a great job helping out and i would give them a great referal if ever asked.

So i will keep the Blog up and who knows maybe it will become something!

Change of plans

Fab-
I have called all our babysitters and everyone is working or at the shore so Jimmy and I won't be able to attend Tana's birthday celebration on Saturday night (I just emailed Tana). With that said, I am still contributing the salad for the dinner party but you all have to rave about it as if I'm sitting at the table. :-)

Servers

I have tentatively contracted a co-works two daughters (18 & 17) to help server. I think they are coming to the house to go over the logistics but they will probably handle the cocktail and appetizers then server dinner.

Clarification

Hey Guys, i just wanted clarify something. When i sent the original email it was an effort for me to begin to get organized. I want this to go as smooth as possible and i needed something to get me started.

PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT I AM ASKING ANYONE TO CONTRIBUTE!

I wanted to put the menu out there to get ideas and start planing stuff out. I apologize if you felt like you had to contribute.

I know it's pretty cheesy to ask you over for a dinner party and then tell you to bring you own dinner.

Pork Spring Rolls w/Sweet Chili Sauce (3 pieces per guests)

Salad Course
Mixed Greens with Tomatoes, Cucumber, Dried Cranberries,
Radishes, Sunflower Seeds, Croutons, and Red Wine Vinaigrette


Dinner Course
Grilled Marinated Jumbo Shrimp (3 per quest)
Broiled Marinated London Broil (0.25 lb. per quest)
Roasted Red Potatoes w/Parmesan
Steamed Asparagus w/Garlic Butter
Dessert
Chocolate Cake (provided by Client)
Raspberries and Raspberry Sauce
