1st run Menu

Here is the first run of the Menu. Please make suggestions...

Appetizers
Bruschetta/Crostini (2 pieces per guest)
Pork Spring Rolls w/Sweet Chili Sauce (3 pieces per guests)
Italian Bread w/Dipping Oil
Mixed Tray of Marinated Mushrooms, Roasted Peppers, Olives


Salad Course
Mixed Greens with Tomatoes, Cucumber, Dried Cranberries,
Radishes, Sunflower Seeds, Croutons, and Red Wine Vinaigrette


Dinner Course
Grilled Marinated Jumbo Shrimp (3 per quest)
Broiled Marinated London Broil (0.25 lb. per quest)
Roasted Red Potatoes w/Parmesan
Steamed Asparagus w/Garlic Butter
Dessert
Chocolate Cake (provided by Client)
Raspberries and Raspberry Sauce
